He was very graceful and trustworthy, while knowledgeable about the Make and model of cars we were test driving. He gave us really useful tips and he shared some valuable lessons of safety for an inexperienced car driver as my young daughter. Last but not least, the finance manager Chet Ward was also very helpful and insightful in his suggestions for adding several choices for insurance and protection packages which fit best for a teenager on the wheel. He was very polite, accurate and knowledgeable in his area of expertise and was very detailed in explaining the finance process making it very easy and reliable to proceed. I purchased my CX5 from Joe Balisalisa a year ago and recently returned for my complimentary first service. The staff in the service department are very friendly and my service was prompt. Anyone shopping around for a vehicle who is tired of listening to all the ridiculous sales pitches needs to go talk to Joe. Just go there and talk to him and you'll understand.
