After visiting several other dealerships, we came upon HB Mazda. The dealership is about 1 hour south from where we live so its not an ideal location, but after meeting with Joe Rosales and test driving a couple of cars we were hooked. Joe definitely took good care of us throughout the whole process. We had questions after our purchase and Joe was prompt in addressing our questions and concerns. Great selection and great staff! Best buying experience ever I went to a couple dealers including car max before knowing I wanted a Mazda. We told him I was interested in a new car, but wasn't quite sure exactly what I wanted as I had never bought a brand new car before. The was no pressure at all compared to what I got at Honda. He asked what I looked for in a car, space, features, ect. I got in the Mazda 3 for a test drive and fell in love. The power, handling, easy to use touch screen/dial display. Then we moved onto the paperwork and price. I feel I got an excellent price for everything I wanted. Checked true car after and was then certain I paid a great price. I would absolutely recommend Huntington Beach Mazda, specifically Joe Rosales. Buying a car takes time, and paperwork. I felt like we were just enjoying our Saturday having a nice talk and I walked out with a brand new car. More
