My insurance quickly decided it was a total loss but I needed to decide what I wanted for a new car. I wasn't planning on getting a new car anytime soon so I hadn't even done any research. I went to HB Mazda and first encountered Robert. Just my luck because he was the nicest, most helpful, and patient sales professional. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and then helped me through the process. I never felt cheated or uncomfortable, I was at ease the whole time. Robert and the staff at HB Mazda were so great that I purchased a new CX-5 from them. I am looking forward to using them for maintenance over the life of my new car. I called before making the trip, and spoke with Joe Rosales. He was very helpful in making sure the vehicles were still available. I told Eric we were simply browsing and he told me where all the new cars could be found and where all the used cars were as well. Then he let us do our thing, after maybe 30-40 mins of browsing we walked into the building and Eric was there patiently waiting and asked us again if we had questions. I told him we were still looking and we ended looking at a total of 6 different car dealership. Almost all the other places hounded us and asked us specifically what we were looking for and seemed to get very annoyed when I ask them where the new cars were. I ended up going back to Huntington Beach Mazda went straight back to Eric and got me a fully loaded Mazda 6. More
