My car buying experience with Huntington Beach (OC) Mazda was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met salesman Joe (Big Joe) Rosales I knew I had gone to the right p was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met salesman Joe (Big Joe) Rosales I knew I had gone to the right place to purchase my new car. Joe understood my wants and needs, and showed me a variety of cars, which presented me with several options. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, and friendly, all qualities that make the car buying experience enjoyable. Ultimately, my wife and I chose a car that we both agreed upon, and were very satisfied with how the whole process worked. Joe then introduced us to Cooper Nelson in finance, and he too was equally accommodating and helpful as Big Joe. Cooper was also just as friendly and made my wife and I comfortable with the entire process. Later when I returned for some follow up assistance with the car's equipment, salesperson Manny was extremely helpful and simply reenforced my feelings about the entire experience. OC Mazda management should feel extremely satisfied knowing they have such positive, knowledgeable and welcoming employees working for their Team.
