My car buying experience with Huntington Beach (OC) Mazda was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met salesman Joe (Big Joe) Rosales I knew I had gone to the right p was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met salesman Joe (Big Joe) Rosales I knew I had gone to the right place to purchase my new car. Joe understood my wants and needs, and showed me a variety of cars, which presented me with several options. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, and friendly, all qualities that make the car buying experience enjoyable. Ultimately, my wife and I chose a car that we both agreed upon, and were very satisfied with how the whole process worked. Joe then introduced us to Cooper Nelson in finance, and he too was equally accommodating and helpful as Big Joe. Cooper was also just as friendly and made my wife and I comfortable with the entire process. Later when I returned for some follow up assistance with the car's equipment, salesperson Manny was extremely helpful and simply reenforced my feelings about the entire experience. OC Mazda management should feel extremely satisfied knowing they have such positive, knowledgeable and welcoming employees working for their Team. My wife and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to OC Mazda. Thank you again for a great experience!!! More

We went to look at cars at HB Mazda where we had previously purchased 2 of our other vehicles. We worked with Eric Magana and he was great. My husband & son spoke with him on their first visit there previously purchased 2 of our other vehicles. We worked with Eric Magana and he was great. My husband & son spoke with him on their first visit there. I was unable to make the visit with them so I spoke to Eric on the phone after they went. He was so kind and patient explaining everything I’m sure he had already told them. We returned the next day to test drive the car. Eric was very knowledgeable, not pushy and really worked to give us the best deal. It is so nice to shop for a car pressure free. He was kind and answered all our questions. He even stayed late for us to finish up everything. Although we knew he was off already & the sale was complete he never rushed away. He walked to the car and shared in the joy of my son getting his own first new car. Helped him set up everything and was just overall amazing! Everyone we interacted with there was very nice. We will for sure return in the future. More
