My wife was not immediately available to accompany me to the dealer, so I caught Ron's days off when I did go to the dealer for an appraisal of my trade-in. Joe Balisalisa then was very thorough in guiding me through the purchase, financing, and applied discounts on top of the Costco negotiated deal. Then he advised that we also get a City of Huntington Beach parking pass, so we can go to the beach and pier and park for free for a year! Yay! I now look forward to interacting with the service department when I get a Costco-subsidized accessory. I already am impressed with the sales and parts departments. (Our previous car was a Mazda Protege.) I highly recommend this dealership. More
