They will give you a price over the phone but will not honor it upon arrival as they will force you to buy add ons and options that you did not need and want in the first place. More

I took the CX-5 around the country in May-June, 7200 miles in three weeks. I had its oil changed in Columbus OH, and when last week I had it at HB Mazda for another oil change the OH service was listed; miles in three weeks. They also detailed the CX-5 gratis as part of a promotion and did a fair job with one exception: I have Wet Okole seat covers (highly recommended BTW) and the detailers didn't put them back on! This is when Joe Rosales, the salesman who sold me the car, happened by and put them back on _himself_. He was a straight-shooter salesman when I bought the CX-5 and obviously willing to go the extra five miles to keep his clients happy. More

Where pushy, firm, and somewhat cold approaches were given to me at other dealerships, I received nothing but kindness, patience with my fickleness, and assurance in me that the loan process would be as quick, painless, and as stress free as possible. I had innumerable questions as I was on the search for a compact SUV and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal for the quality and longevity in the car that I needed. I asked to have a few cars pulled out to take a peek inside and Ed was so friendly with no hesitation and pulled out everything I wanted to see. I ended up with a gorgeous certified pre owned Mazda 3 with exceptional mileage, great interior, and a few extras that I was surprised with. I received beyond more than I had hoped for on my trade in Nissan Rouge and am so excited and very proud of my new car.
