He was extremely informative about the cars, giving not only the facts, but a lot of his personal experience. You can tell he loves his job and enjoys helping others find the most suitable car. After driving a few cars and finally deciding on the Mazda 3, we were placed in the hands of Joe Rosales. This part was the portion of the night that made me nervous; all the costs and final decisions. Joe made sure not only to inform my parents on any questions, but he made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. I appreciate his patience during this huge decision for me and all of the hard work he put into getting me the best deal possible. So we drove from Irvine to Huntington Beach to meet with Joe. He was amazing! No hassle, no games, no "car sales man" lines (which make you feel like, you are about to get ripped off). We told him what we were looking for, how much we wanted the final price to be, and he took care of the rest! I filled out a trade in inquiry on the dealership website and I received a call within the hour from Joe. I was not expecting the call but I was very pleased. I made an appointment for that afternoon. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted and met with Joe. Joe was very friendly and made me very comfortable. He showed me the car I was looking at and we took a test drive. I really like the car and we started paperwork for trading in my vehicle and purchasing the Mazda 3. I felt like Joe went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal and make my experience enjoyable. I don't feel that most people have an enjoyable experience when shopping for a used car, so I felt very fortunate to have had such a painless and easygoing experience.
