Was looking for a Mazda 3 SkyActiv White/Sand Dunes with Automatic transmission. Had visited a couple of other dealerships but did not buy there. One asked if I was ready to buy before wanting to show me a Automatic transmission. Had visited a couple of other dealerships but did not buy there. One asked if I was ready to buy before wanting to show me a car and the other had misquoted though maybe in good faith. Was not too optimistic when dropping by HB Mazda. Was met by Jonathan Marchand who immediately checked his inventory and had 2 on the lot that met my requirements. Took a short test drive and agreed to buy it. While he had to clear my offering price with the Sales Manager, it only took a few minutes. What pleasantly surprised me is that instead of sending me to the "Finance and Insurance" people where additional hard sell takes place (extended warranty, waterproof seats,...), Jonathan did all the paperwork himself so was done in about 15 minutes! The next day when I picked up the car, Jonathan showed me how to program my cell phone in so I could use it immediately and re-programed the service info so that it would remind me when to come back for the first "Free" oil change etc... My son was looking for his first car and found the perfect one on the internet for sale at this Dealership. We had an issue with the price with one of their sales managers, Steve. But this was very quickly resolved when the owner of this dealership and several others, John Patterson, took the time to call me personally. Mr. Patterson was polite, straight-forward and handled the problem very quickly. Everything was resolved and my son is now the proud owner of his first car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. You will be treated fairly. More
