I was browsing the car dealerships on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach looking for a quality used car for my 24 year old daughter when I stopped into Huntington Beach Mazda. Salesman Robb Neely came out and introduced himself to my wife and I as we browsed the used cars on the lot. I went in looking to spend about $5000 when Robb showed me a clean 2002 Ford Escape. After some negotiation he offered me a price that was too good to resist and I ended up making a deal on the vehicle at approximately $1200 less than what it would have cost out the door at sticker price. Negotiation was straightforward and to the point which is something I value since my time is limited because of a heavy workload. The quality of the dealership that impressed me the most is the thorough inspection and needed repair of the used vehicle before it ended up on the lot offered for sale. This resulted in the vehicle offered in great mechanical condition. I would definitely recommend Huntington Beach Mazda and Robb Neely to my friends and that says a lot because I generally shy away from making recommendations that I might later regret. We ended up buying a mint condition certified Mazda 3 hatchback sport that same afternoon from a fantastic dealership who's team worked quickly and effectively to make a deal a reality. When we arrived, Joe came out to greet us, and after seeing the car we sat down to make the deal happen. Joe was awesome, he actually made it happen, he was friendly, responsive and got the deal to go through. The car was well priced, in great condition. I was looking for a used car, but only had about $5,000 to spend, since I am unemployed and recently had my Corolla totaled. Before we got to Tustin Mazda, I toured a couple of other lots, where all I got was a hard sell. I stopped in at the Mazda lot, and Robb Neely introduced himself, and was so kind and helpful, even knowing my limits. I finally found a 2000 Hyandai Accent that was within my price range. So, we took it for as test drive, and got the car-fax, which my boyfriend looked over while I drove. Well, we had a sale. Since I live in Fountain Valley, and HB Mazda is very close to me, Robb arranged to have the car driven over there so I could pick it up easily after I got my settlement check. And, when I turned my rental car in, and they would not drop me off at the lot, I called Robb, and he was so nice he came to pick me up at my home. All in all, Robb is the best, and after meeting his colleages, I will defintely go back to HB Mazda when I can finally afford a new(er) car More

Recently, after having a fun 18 months zipping around in our Mazda 3, we decided that as senior citizens who had now developed some health issues, we were better suited to a larger model. So we called Jonathan and explained the situation, telling him very precisely what we were looking for in a new car. Imagine how pleased we were when, in consideration of our circumstances, Jonathan offered to bring a Mazda 6 to our home for us to see and test drive. He had done the same thing 18 months before, which had made a great impression on us. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, considerate and thorough from the time he arrived that afternoon with the car, going back and forth between his office and our home when necessary, until we signed the documents and took delivery of our new Mazda 6 about 9 p.m. -- all without our leaving the comfort of our home!
