Most cordial staff and dealership I’ve ever encountered. Six years later my car runs excellent and I know in large part to the meticulous record and attention to service and recommendations. The staff know that service is of the utmost importantance and never fail to care and respect their clients. The location is also meticulously kept and offer specialty coffee, tea, snacks and TV. I just purchased my CX-5 !! This has been my best car shopping experience ever! I first called to get availability info on the CX-5. I was pleasantly surprised by my conversation with Manny. The short and informative call got me to this dealer the next day (1.25 hour drive for me)Manny had a few options lined up for me when I arrived. He knows all the details and extras of every model that I asked about. He was super patient with me while I gave my list of must haves, LOL. He found the perfect car for me! Safue in finance was quick and efficient and super nice too. Greg, the delivery concierge , made sure to explain all the ins and outs of my car. YES, delivery concierge!!!!
