I just purchased my CX-5 !! This has been my best car shopping experience ever! I first called to get availability info on the CX-5. I was pleasantly surprised by my conversation with Manny. The short and informative call got me to this dealer the next day (1.25 hour drive for me)Manny had a few options lined up for me when I arrived. He knows all the details and extras of every model that I asked about. He was super patient with me while I gave my list of must haves, LOL. He found the perfect car for me! Safue in finance was quick and efficient and super nice too. Greg, the delivery concierge , made sure to explain all the ins and outs of my car. YES, delivery concierge!!!! I just sold my last car because of continuous bad experiences at the dealer. I've been blown away by the outstanding service at HB Mazda. More

I purchased a Mazda CX-9 new from HB Mazda and opted to buy an extended warranty. Less than 20,000 remaining on the warranty and the head cracked. Due to Covid, the parts were going to take months to arri buy an extended warranty. Less than 20,000 remaining on the warranty and the head cracked. Due to Covid, the parts were going to take months to arrive, but a new engine could be ordered must faster. When the warranty company refused to pay the difference and replace the engine, HB Mazda saved the day!! The service manager explained that this dealership stands behind its products and prides itself on customer satisfaction! They replaced the engine at no additional cost. Shop HB MAZDA. Buy and extended warranty. Best car we ever owned!!! Please tell your friends and family this is a place you can trust!!! More
