This was best experience buying a car I have ever had. Even though cars (especially new cars) are few and far between, Eric Magana found the exact car I wanted and within my price range. Eric went above and beyond finding the right car for his customer, and he even connected my blue tooth! Then it was time to see the man in Finance, Ramon Cabral. I can't say enough great things about Ramon. He explained costs and options, etc., with no pressure and gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted/needed and could afford. This was not a planned purchase but these gentlemen helped make this good experience and I am so happy with my Mazda! More

I went to see if anything was wrong with my car. On the sheet it said everything was okay. I have a cracked windshield fluid holder and a light that does not turn on. When I went in I stated my windshield sheet it said everything was okay. I have a cracked windshield fluid holder and a light that does not turn on. When I went in I stated my windshield fluid holder was damaged. The mechanic didn't even check which made me feel he didn't actually look at my car and I went back and talked with Daniel. He offered me a full refund checked my light and even put water in my broken windshield fluid container and couldn't deny if the mechanic checked it would be dripping everywhere. The really sad thing is I was really hoping to go to a place that knows my car and could be honest in the work. This experience makes me not want to buy the mazda CX-5 I have been saving up for when my Mazda M3 has to be retired. I will be going with Toyota after this experience. I do thank Daniel for refunding me and apologizing but the damage was already done. More
