First came to the dealership the evening of Labor Day! Was warmly greeted by Tyson Koll who took me to the lot to check out the Miata MX-5! The dude was straight up legit, wasn’t pushy and certainly did not tell me a bunch of bs that sounds good to make a sale. I was in the neighborhood on the evening of 9/11 and asked to see Tyson but he wasn’t there, so I spoke spoke to George Rocha. I told him that another dealership quoted me on the MX-5 and I wanted to see if he was able to match them. He did more than match them, he offered me a way better deal saving me lots of $$$! The following day I went to Carmax to sell my 2017 Lexus IS. Instead of wasting money on a $20 Uber ride fo HB Mazda, Veronica Paco was kind enough to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. She was extremely nice and a good person to chat with. She also greeted me warmly when I emailed the dealership a few day la prior and assured me she’d help out in any way possible. Got the deal done on Sunday 9/12 am extremely satisfied with my purchase! The entire team at Mazda HB was awesome - got me in and out quickly! Also shout out to Greg who went over the specs of the car with me such as navigation, Applecar, etc. Joe and the other finance dude (sorry forgot his name but he’s a Chargers fan) were cool as well!!! Great dealership experience would put the customer service and experience on par with mercedes. My sales rep Tyson and finance guy Kilau were beyond awesome. Mr Greenwald who went over the car before we left knew his product which is a rarity. We had an issue with the car which Luis the general manager went over and beyond to get the problem solved. I have never had such a great experience with any of the dealers I’ve ever worked with. It’s rare to find this type of customer service these days I want to commend everyone mentioned. Thanks More
