I recently visited the service center with a nail in my tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without any greeting or offer to help. It wasn’t until the valet approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance that I received any attention. I explained the issue, and he sprayed the tire with soapy water to confirm the leak. He then informed me that they don’t plug tires there. Wanting to confirm this, I went back inside and attempted to speak with a service advisor only to be ignored again. When I politely asked if someone could help, one of them responded, "Yeah, someone will help you," without even looking up from his phone. When I asked directly if they could fix the tire, he simply said “No.” I ended up leaving and plugging the tire myself. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. There was a complete lack of professionalism and regard for the customer experience. More

They took deposit from me, made me get the insurance binder on the new car, and asked me to get the plates from my old car. They washed the car and did a review of systems with me. After all this they (Jose) said he'll have to revise the pricing up!! (I had A+ credit score). I told him/them that it's unprofessional and unreasonable. Other finance mgt. Frank looked into the issue and agreed that it was unprofessional but couldn't do anything about the pricing that day. It was a very unpleasant and aggravating experience and wasted a lot of time. I dealt with Sebastian Henao exclusively remotely from Thursday 1st call from Ct till Monday when we picked up her new car. I would recommend him to anyone going to this dealership as he was nice, courteous and easy to work with. Not pushy and from the moment we arrived he was only looking out for giving us a great experience with no changes to our agreed upon deal. We arrived at 1130am and we were out the door by 215pm. He made sure we were always happy and followed up with us that day to make sure we got home safely and to see if we needed anything else.
