My car broke down and my mechanic could not fix it. Had it towed to Huntington Honda. Got a text from Huntington Honda from Andrew Goldstein stating I needed to pay 220.00 to have it diagnosed. He then texted me that it was my battery and my main fuse. He said that the battery had been jumped backwards. I explained to him that the battery had never been jumped because it was less than a year old. He dismissed what I said and told me well that’s the problem. So 500.00 later he stated that nope that wasn’t it. I was furious. He then said it would be another 660.00 to diagnose again. In the meantime I got a text from a salesman from Huntington Honda stating that my warranty was going to expire on May 15. I texted Andrew Goldstein seeing what the warranty covered. He said you don’t have a warranty. That it had expired a long time ago. I showed him the text. He said oh we are trying out a new app that sent out texts yesterday which was Thursday, I said well. I received this text on Wednesday. He stated that it was still wrong and I had to pay for all repairs. I have been trying to reach a manger for 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. My car has been there for 3 weeks. I do not have the money to pay for it all. Andrew did state that I could trade it in for a new one. I am so angry right now. I am taking the train to work and walking for groceries. I still have heard nothing from anyone. You would think a big dealership like Huntington Honda would at least call me back!! Never again!! Word to the wise, if they tell you "the computer won't let us show you how the money is broken out," they're cheating you.
