Mr. Gross was professional, friendly, honest, and went out of his way to make this an excellent experience. I returned a few days after obtaining my car to add an accessory and he was very helpful in assisting me with this additional step. The finance person I dealt with, Georgia Anagnostopoulos was also an extreme pleasure to deal with. We have visited other Honda Dealers, but Huntington is the one we always have will continue to choose. More

honda huntington review 9/14 by gary meyers looking for a used car is work and not easy. the internet helps to narrow the search for the dealership, based on location, and availability of looking for a used car is work and not easy. the internet helps to narrow the search for the dealership, based on location, and availability of the type of car you are looking for. after doing my research it was the telephone process, to discuss what I saw, that seemed to fit my needs. phone calls are very important to determine the character type of the sales person, whether they have the type of car you want, and to see the follow up ability, of the sales person you speak with. I narrowed down the dealerships I liked over the phone, to just a few, and based on my calls, I chose to see Huntington Honda first, based on the cars they had, and most importantly, because of the sales person I spoke with. I found her to be knowledgeable, friendly, to have quick response time, and to basically show an interest in my business. she was aggressive and seemed to be sincere. although I had another dealer with a few cars that seemed right, was geographically closer to me, and I also found the sales person to be together and want my business, I decided to see Andrea Mongelli in Huntington first, because I felt I could probably make a deal, unless I didn't like the cars. she wouldn't discuss price, but she knew what I wanted, and made me feel confident we could make a deal. the other sales person gave me prices, which I liked better, but there was something about Andrea. I went to see Andrea and made a deal. she was exactly what I thought she would be, the cars were what she said they would be, and although I felt the prices were over inflated, I had done my homework, and so I made the deal very close to my target price. I knew what I had to, and so did she. her mgt who she needed approval from, I never dealt with, but after some negotiating, and Andrea being my advocate, she made it work. they were obviously flexible, knowing their starting prices were high, but then realizing I was serious, and there to buy a car. she was totally professional from start to finish and made the experience an easy one. thank you Andrea and Huntington Honda, for hiring Andrea.
