We bonded instantly and there was so much laughter doing this deal together we left the dealership no only with a car we absolutely love but with a smile on our faces. Everyone at Hunginton Honda is very friendly and professional, but Steven Berko truly made this experience an amazing event! Steven introduced us to Jose Lopez the financing extraordinary who was able to work with us to get financing for our car! If we have to buy another car we will definitely come back to Huntington Honda and we will recommend our friends and family to this dealership. More
When I arrived at Huntington Honda, I informed the sales rep of my price range, and monthly payment range that I was looking for. He showed me a couple cars in my price range, one of which I happened to be rep of my price range, and monthly payment range that I was looking for. He showed me a couple cars in my price range, one of which I happened to be interested in. I test drove the car, looked it over, decided to buy. I went to Jose, the finance worker, and informed him that I had a co-signer who was not in the area. He told me that she could go online and enter her information and that when he receives it, then he can send our information to the banks to see what kind of deals we could get. Great. The next day, I had to call Jose because he never called me back and he still had nothing to tell me. He then called back hours after he said he would, with estimates and prices that I wasn't thrilled about, but agreed to go through with the sale because I was in need of a vehicle. Jose told me that we would be able to fax my co-signer the paperwork, she could have it notorized and faxed back. Fine. I then call Jose back to find out the status of the paperwork and he tells me that it cannot be faxed, but that my co-signer (who lives 3 hours away) must come to Huntington Honda to fill out the paperwork and sign the necessary forms. I told him that we would be there the next day. He asked me to come in and sign some forms in the meantime, knowing that I do not have a car to get back and forth, and knowing that I wouldnt be able to bring the car home that day. I obviously told him no, but he was just looking to seal the deal. I told him that I could not make it to him any earlier then 5pm the following day, and asked if my registration would be able to be transferred and I could bring the car home that day. He told me yes, to come in at 5pm and we could seal the deal. (I was obviously mad that I had to wait another day to get a car, but once again, I settled and did what I had to do because I was in need). My co-signer and I show up to Huntington Honda the next day at 5pm and Jose begins to tell us different prices then the estimate that he had told us over the phone the previous day. Somehow, magically, the monthly payments that he was now telling me I would have were a lot higher then he originally estimated the previous day, and that was without the extended warrantee. He knew what my price range was, and told me what I wanted to hear knowing that he would get me in the office, and there was no way I would not buy the car after having my co-signer drive 3 hours to him, right? Wrong. I asked him what he could do for me, after wasting my time and having us drive all the way there for no reason. He told me there was nothing he could do, (and he could not throw in the extended warrantee which other dealerships have done.) He told me that I would not get approved at any bank for the loan that I wanted, and that I would not get an interest rate any lower then what he was offering me. He also told me that 4 out of the 5 banks that he tried did not approve me. He made me feel desperate, and EVEN THOUGH I WAS VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY BECAUSE HE HAD LIED TO US SO MANY TIMES, I agreed to buy the car ANYWAY. I told him to go through with the paperwork because I needed the car that night for work the following day. HE THEN TOLD ME THEREW AS NO POSSIBLE WAY I COULD HAVE THE CAR THAT NIGHT BECAUSE THE DMV WAS CLOSED AND HE COULD NOT REGISTER THE CAR. ***I TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD NOT BE THERE UNTIL 5PM THAT DAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT I COULD TAKE THE CAR THAT SAME NIGHT KNOWING THAT THE DMV WOULD BE CLOSED*** Needless to say, I walked out of Huntington Honda at that point. I tried to buy a car from Huntington Honda for 3 days, and for 3 days I was lied to, and hustled, and almost suckered into buying a car that THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS DIDNT EVEN WORK. Thank God I didnt!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE VERY NEXT DAY I WENT TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP AND GOT A NEWER CAR FOR A LOWER PRICE WITH LESS MILES, A LOWER INTEREST RATE, A LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT AND THE EXTENDED WARRANTEE FOR ONLY $10 PER MONTH!!!!!! They also gave me a rental car for FREE to use while they PAINTED it for me for FREE. I truly feel that Jose tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a first time buyer and not experience or knowledgeable of the deals that are out there or the benefits of shopping around. He made me feel desperate so that I would buy this car, and I literally CRIED in his office because he wasted my time. I am SO happy that I made the right decision to NOT buy that car from Huntington Honda because in the end, I got the deal that Jose told me that I would NEVER get. (And I got it in less then 6 hours). :) More

Back in August 2011, I traded in my 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L and purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from Huntington Honda. My salesmen at the time were Ryan and Billy. I had such a great experien EX-L and purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from Huntington Honda. My salesmen at the time were Ryan and Billy. I had such a great experience last year that I decided to go back to Huntington Honda and give them the opportunity to price out a lease on a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L. My salesman this time around was Anthony Ferreri. Anthony was very knowledgeable, courteous and really worked hard to get me where I needed to be with the lease payment. The price that they quoted was pretty much in line with another Honda dealership, but I ultimately decided to give Huntington my business because of 2 reasons: 1)My previous experience in purchasing my 2011 Honda Odyssey, and 2)My salesman Anthony and his hard work. All in all, I would recommend Huntington Honda in a heartbeat. Give them a try and I am sure that you won't be disappointed! I look forward to going back in 39 months to lease another vehicle. More

Had all 4 of the PAX tires replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. They went out of their way to get me in the next day (after the run-flat initiated--the PAX equivalent of a flat tire). It was much cheaper than I had been quoted earlier from other dealers (the tires were close to needing replacement when the passenger front tire went out). I also asked them to check the brakes since they were sometimes audible and the steering wheel would vibrate at speeds over 60 mph. They could have simply told me that the brakes needed to be replaced, but they were honest! They told me that there was still about 12000 miles left on the pads since they were down to 5mm from the original 10mm. Low prices and an honest service department--two thumbs way up! More
Our wonderful experience began upon entering Huntington Honda and being greeted by a very nice young lady. She asked us what we needed, and had a wonderful sales person, Robert Parnagia, come over and help Honda and being greeted by a very nice young lady. Robert gave us 110% of his time, knowledge and thoughtfulness. He made us feel so comfortable during the purchasing process, that it took away the "car salesman stigma" for sure! We had a wonderful feeling with him and enjoyed our car buying experience with him. He gives new meaning to "thorough". Jose Lopez guided us through the financial part of the buying experience with care and knowledge. He answered all of our many questions and made us feel very pleased with all of our decisions. Both men possess the ability to make the purchaser feel welcome and secure about such a large purchase. We will visit Huntington Honda for any maintenance that is needed on our 2009 Honda Element! My husband and I were very impressed and happy that the salesperson that helped us was Marc Platkin. No one recommended us and we were lucky enough to get him.
