Alam was a very helpful and a courteous salesman who helped me every step of the way. We agreed on a price and it was a very reasonable price for the car that i bought and i am very happy with it. My father will be on the market for a car pretty soon and i can tell you that we will definitely be going back to this dealership because we were so happy with it. I highly recommend this dealer over any others that i went too that had VERY poor customer service. More

LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! I saw their advertisement LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! I saw their advertisement for Honda Civic lease for $139 per month and called to know the details. I was connected to Ke LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!! I saw their advertisement for Honda Civic lease for $139 per month and called to know the details. I was connected to Kevin. The questions I asked were a) Is the lease from Honda or a third party bank b) Is there a disposition fee at the end of lease c) Can I register the vehicle in PA where I would be moving to. Kevin confirmed that the lease was from Honda corp only and there would be no disposition fee. He also confirmed there would be no issues with PA registration. I called the next day(Saturday) again to confirm on a) and b). Kevin again confirmed it was from Honda corp only and not from third party. I called up again on Sunday(8/5/2012 at 11:10 AM) before I started and told Kevin, I have a drive of 2 hours just to reach(I live in NJ) Huntington, so I asked him to confirm that the lease was from Honda corp and not any third party. He confirmed, affirmative. After I reached the showroom, he asked me to meet Kenny who would help finishing the rest of the things. The first thing Kenny said was the deal was from a third party(HUNN) and not from Honda. It would be higher payment for Honda lease. I told him I was there after confirming with Kevin many times. Kenny told me since I came from a long way, he would work out something. He went to manager(!!!) and came back with a quote of $159 per month. I said NO. Kenny said he would try again and went in and came back and said he could give the deal for $139 as advertised and from Honda corp as we came from a long way. He asked us colors and showed a couple of cars and we finalized one. Kenny started on the forms with writing VIN and other details took my credit card and then went to his manager for a final confirmation. He came back saying his manager told him he can offer the lease only for $189 from Honda corp. There was some confusion and big mistake and we should go with a third party bank lease HUNN if we want the original $139 deal. He told us his manager will come and try convince us and we wait for some time. I can not deal with such big LIARS, so took my credit card back and went home. All the positive reviews on this site for this dealer are a)for service(they are better people, I had a nice exp on service) b) the sales persons themselves with pseudo IDs If you are looking for a lease from Honda corp and with the price they advertised, don't bother going in there. Our overall experience was great. Julius was very helpful in showing us a number of cars, friendly, patient, and not pushy. Jose was also very helpful with the trade in our old car. The title said there was a bank lien even tho we had paid off the loan years ago. He got it taken care of quickly and efficiently by calling the bank for us right on the spot.
