Finally, a service manager who actually listens to customers Having some warrenty issues with my 2010 Honda Accord . I have a mechanical back ground and expected not to be heard. But the service manager Mr Jerome Scelza took over 30 minutes out of his very hectic day to listen and learn about my problem. Mr Jerome Scelza is the first service manager I have ever had who acknowledged my explanation and was very willing to work with me towards solving the issues. Not sure of the outcome yet, but left feeling he and Honda would correct our problem. I would highly recommend Huntington Honda to friends and plan on letting North American Honda know of such a excellent representative of Honda motor corporation. More
this place is untrustworthy from 12 days after purchase I was in and out of this dealership with electrical problems that I was telling them I thought was being caused by an afte from 12 days after purchase I was in and out of this dealership with electrical problems that I was telling them I thought was being caused by an after market alarm system, Guidepost, installed by them. i was sold batteries constantly told they could find nothing wrong, made after my work day appoinments with guidepoint tech, only there 2 evenings a week, Issues never resolved, If not driven for two days, battery would be drained. I got used to driving with a jump pack in my car, something most people never heard of at that time, When the Takata airbag recall became an issue, my previous issues were brought to the attention of service supervisor. I was told that I had been right all along, he wanted to set up appt. for me with comptroller, but unfortunately all paperwork regarding my sale was archived. I had it all at home. Meeting was set up, offers made to think over. when I called both the comptroller and service manager my messages were not returned, They did get in touch with me when I reported incident to the NYS Attorney General. Then I received a call. Things only got more interesting. More

Papa rework on date if sale documents electronic problem. Never told anything. Could have been offered to pick another car. Was back in 12 days with electronic problems. These issues never resolved. Now this dealership is being sued by the Anaya's Attorney General. I would never deal with them again and certainly not recommend them to anyone. More
3 years and it's still not fixed Been bring my Honda Pilot in since 2013 for a tapping noise. Finally had to bring it to another dealer that confirmed the problem. Terrible service. I leased a 2014 pilot touring from Huntington Honda. My tires wore out in 12 months and my car could not pass inspection. We would recommend Huntington Honda as a reliable dealership, but would not recommend this particular vendor/insurance policy. Sometimes things go wrong. What we are grateful for is that, despite the confusion and mayhem that ensued (details below), Mohammed did not abandon us. *** Our first lease experience with Huntington Honda went without incident. We should never have wasted money on the supplemental insurance policy we had, but we heard about how picky lease companies are about any kind of invisible dink, so we took the policy. We agreed to the same deal on our second lease and sure enough, when I needed a tow - first the tow guy took off with the car, leaving a senior citizen stranded. And then when the car was finally rescued - this insurance policy never paid the tow, essentially sticking me with the bill. I did get through to the folks at Huntington Honda, who did reimburse me for the tow, but I had lost all faith in the insurance company and Huntintington Honda agreed to cancel the insurance policy and refund my money. The first fairy tale was that they were going to send me a check for a refund for the price we agreed on to cancel the contract. Then I was told that my monthly payments would be reduced to reflect cancellation of most of the insurance policy - I'd be stuck with some of the cost, but I would not be eating the whole thing. Now the latest fairy tale is that they would cancel the last few months of the policy - 24 months from now - and the number of months they offered to cancel is half of what they agreed to refund me in the first place. I feel like I am really going to get stuck paying for this policy by hook or by crook. I have lost all faith in Huntington Honda - and in fact - since they tell me this is American Honda's doing - I am running the numbers and as soon as it makes financial sense for me to do so - I'm dumping this Honda and will never do business with Honda again. *** That's how I was feeling a couple of weeks ago, but Mohammed has restored my faith both in this dealership and in the Honda brand. More
Love the service at this dealer. Been to other Honda dealers. They are not all created equal. Huntington Honda always gives it 110% prices are competitive.
