I'm a New Mexican visiting NY driving a Lexus in need of an oil change and within 90 minutes of phoning the dealership my car was cheerfully serviced. Awful experience.Paid $18k for certified vechicle. Vechicle was filthy at pickup (I didnt notice till following day as I picked it up at night.) Before 1st payment was made the battery, wipers,front s Vechicle was filthy at pickup (I didnt notice till following day as I picked it up at night.) Before 1st payment was made the battery, wipers,front strut,and front axle needed to be replaced. I was without the vechicle for 1 week.I was contacted to rate the service by phone and email. After I gave a terrible but true review I was not contacted again with a apology at the very least.I am a retail manager that also calls consumers for feedback on their experience with the service they recieved.Huntington Honda took my feedback and did nothing with it. Why ask a consumer how they felt the service was if you wont even send an apology email if they werent satisfied? Mistakes do happen I know but I feel a company shows its true colors with their ability to correct these mistakes and give the consumer the confidence to return for future business. I have nothing positive to say about this dealership More
Great attitude, no pushing of unneeded services and they go out of their way to reduce costs to customer. Great job! My experience with Huntington Honda has been nothing less than excellent. After numerous unresolved problems with a neighboring Honda dealer I visited Huntington Honda. In my 45 years of driving I had never than excellent. After numerous unresolved problems with a neighboring Honda dealer I visited Huntington Honda. In my 45 years of driving I had never received better and more considerate service from any dealer. My only regret is that I did not purchase from Huntington. You can be certain next time I will!!! I just purchased a new car from this dealer last week and I was improperly towed ,without my permission, out of a fast food restaurant parking lot within 3 days of picking up the vehicle. Talk about bad luc I was improperly towed ,without my permission, out of a fast food restaurant parking lot within 3 days of picking up the vehicle. Talk about bad luck! I called Honda two days later as I was worried the tow driver might have caused damage to my brand new vehicle. I spoke with Amanda, who was very helpful, and said to bring the car in and she would try to squeeze me in to make sure there was no damage from the tow. When I arrived at the dealer I was assigned to Alex T, service advisor, who was extremely pleasant to deal with. He made sure my car was thoroughly checked for any problems by an experienced technician and got the car in and out of the shop in roughly one hour. He put my mind at ease after a stressful situation and made a note in my history, to check the car once more at the first service appt. I am so impressed by Huntington Honda. I have dealt with other dealerships and this one ranks the highest in terms of customer service! The employees seem doing what they do eager to help people. Thanks again Huntington Honda! This is my 3rd car from Huntington Honda. I cant say enough about the place. Our salesman was awesome--very knowledgable. Anytime I need service, i go and see David. One time, I needed a loaner car and David went out of his way to find me a minivan after I briefly mentioned that I had 3 kids and carpools to drive.....I didnt even ask for a car the same size! Even though i love that car huntington has been unable to fix my rattling windows I own a 2007 honda acccord that i purchased from huntington honda. Even though i love that car huntington has been unable to fix my rattling windows. I have brought it in for service 10 times and still they are unable to fix it. Don't think they test drive the car after work has been completed cause they would have seen that they never fixed it. I will never buy a car from this dealer. More

Huntington Honda seems to always go the exra mile for me and my family. I have a 2008 Odyssey touring that I love, and Huntington Honda always takes care of it for me. I was going on a road trip earlier th and my family. I have a 2008 Odyssey touring that I love, and Huntington Honda always takes care of it for me. I was going on a road trip earlier this year and they did a FREE multi point inspection on my car, and found that my brakes were low and I needed 2 new tires! Andrew in service was nice enough to give me a free brake inspection coupon. Alex gave me a great package deal on everything. Everyone there is so friendly and always asking if I need coffee which is great because I am an early bird so I always go at 7 am. They also have a play area for my kids, which is great because i can get some work done on my laptop. My lease is up in 3 months and I cant wait to get another Odyssey! More
