Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. He found the exact car we wanted instantly and the entire transaction went about as smoothly as anyone could have hoped for. His knowledge of all of the incentive prog car we wanted instantly and the entire transaction went about as smoothly as anyone could have hoped for. His knowledge of all of the incentive programs offered at the time was extensive and helped us make a decision to purchase very quickly. The finance manager was also very nice and extremely knowledgable and was able to do most of the necessary work in advance so that the entire transaction took about five minutes to complete with no unpleasant surprises.
