I delt with Keith and purchased a 2013 Rubicon, he was very knowledgabe of the product! He went above and beyond with this purchase. I am a 25 year old that just got a job 10 months ago and have been researching buying a Rubicon for just as long, and I honestly can say I researched this car for almost a year. I live in VA and my parents live in NY, I honestly can say I have been to a lot of dealers in between. I almost bought a car at Smithtown and was SOOO annoyed! There sales guy knew nothing about the vehicle and once I was almost ready to purchase the vehicle he made me disgusted! Random prices started showing up on my invoice, I also qualify for 1% below invoice due to my employer. Smithtown refused to show me my Invoice which was ridiculous! Keith showed me everything, he answered every question and the ones he couldn't he responded to almost immediately. I put almost 200 miles on her in two days! Ridiculous but true. The car was shinny and mint when I picked her up, full tank of gas and Keith showed me every detail about the car. I had done a lot of research so I was somewhat familiar but still grateful he showed me. My stepfather and I both were very annoying and very particular in our questions, basically we were a pain in the BUTT! Big Time! Keith was very patient with us and answered everything for us, he took great care of us. The parts department was closed so he told me to come back the next day and also got me squared away with the extras i wanted. I am not gonna lie, picking up my Rubicon was the best day I have had in a long time. Great service and well worth every second of the wait (IT FELT LIKE FOREVER). I have been searching for months for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at varous dealerships and was very disappointed until I walked in Hungtington Jeep and sat down with Joe Polizzi. Joe and the entire staff were very courteous and helpful. Also, they gave me a good price on the car well below the quoted prices that I was given at the other dealerships that I had visited beforehand. I also want to express that I extremely pleased with the extended warranty that I purchased which was well below what I expected to pay.
