Did not honor loyalty for new lease I received multiple phone calls from this dealership telling me my lease was soon to run out and they would offer discount loyalty if I came back to l I received multiple phone calls from this dealership telling me my lease was soon to run out and they would offer discount loyalty if I came back to lease a new jeep. They stated if I was over miles or had extra wear & tear it would be 'taken care of'. I worked with Tom Smith and after agreeing on a price, I traded vehicles and drove away with a new jeep. A few weeks later I received a bill from the leasing company. They charged me a $400 lease termination fee, $2,000 in over mileage, and $400 in 'excessive wear & tear'. Really? After calling & emailing with the salesman, he will not email me back or return my calls. When I reached him on the phone he said he'd 'look into it'. Never heard from him again. Awful. More

Then when you finally get to people they scheme you and tell you one price to get you to sit down, and then up it. I was as far I signed a contract and put a deposit down, and went back the next day and completely tried changing numbers on me. There are a lot of Jeep dealers on the island, and would recommend to NEVER use this one. God awful. More
