Arrogant obnoxious Salesman Vaughan Dacon The salesman VAUGHAN, was THE worst I have ever encountered. We went in tonight, to look and likely buy a car. We were out in the parking lot for 20 m The salesman VAUGHAN, was THE worst I have ever encountered. We went in tonight, to look and likely buy a car. We were out in the parking lot for 20 minutes and nobody came out to help us. Finally we saw a Man.. (Vaughan) we asked for help about this car. He told us to wait a little while. So, after waiting 10 MORE minutes, I finally went in and asked for the keys or someone can open the doors so we can look inside, he unlocked them from standing at the entrance of the showroom and went back inside. ANOTHER 20 minutes and we are STILL alone by the car. I go inside to ask if we may test drive it. The lady, makes a copy of my license, then asks me who is helping us. I reply nobody. She,then tells me I need a license plate, but she doesn't know how to get it?? so the salesman (Van) tells her how to unlock it or whatever? we drive it and come back. Vaughan, then comes outside, walks to the car and takes the plate, then I asked for him to answer a few questions, he wanted to put the plate back BEFORE answering. Finally, I said 'well cant that wait'? so he stood there clearly ANNOYED by us. Then he kept asking about purchase. To be honest, we were and ARE ready to buy, however, his attitude from the beginning of this really really SUCKED. So, we go inside to talk..he is VERY arrogant and again, clearly annoyed by us, saying he is the ONLY sales man there,however we were the ONLY customers!! The price he gave was fair enough. Again, his attitude is clearly a factor in the purchase of this car. We were and ARE ready to put a deposit on it tonight, and would have picked it up by Saturday. Again, he lost a hefty commission and the dealership a lost sale tonight, because of his nasty attitude. I am sure I can get another salesman to take my money and who will be NICER to us. DO NOT go here!!! especially if Vaughan Dacon is the salesman. What a horrible experience and waste of time tonight!!! I am SO upset with him. I wonder if his boss is ok with this kind of salesman?? again if you go to this dealership, PLEASE go to another salesman and NOT Vaughan. Also he had NO knowledge about this car. He called it simply a 'piece of Metal' Vaughan Dacon has a real crappy arrogant attitude. More

Ram Pick Up I went to this dealership early on a Saturday morning. When I walked in the door I felt like I was interrupting something. I was finally asked if I ne I went to this dealership early on a Saturday morning. When I walked in the door I felt like I was interrupting something. I was finally asked if I needed help. The man who helped me was named Edwin. I had asked for some brochures and to see some Ram 2500 series trucks. We walked the lot but there was nothing that fit what I wanted. As we walked back inside he told me he would call during the week to get my information. This was strange to me because I was there. Why wouldn't he want to take it then? I did wind up giving him my information before I left but he said he couldn't work on finding me a vehicle at that point and he would call me. That was also strange to me as it is just a matter of looking through the computer to see if there are any trucks available locally that fit what I want. As I left there I just had a feeling that nothing was going to be done and that feeling turned out to be correct. It has been 1 week since that visit and I have not heard from him. At this point it does not matter because I wound up buying a Ford F350 and I absolutely love it!!!! Other then him being a nice guy I definitely do not think I was treated right. More
I called this dealership 8 times. I left messages with the receptionist to have a salesperson call me about pricing. I am still waiting. Extremely disappointing. Not what I expected from a dealership. I guess they dont want to sell trucks. Taking my money elsewhere. More
Hi,I would like to tell you that I purchased my 2010 dodge ram from Westbury jeep.Brand new.The brakes did not feel right to me from the start. So when I took it for service I complained that the brake dodge ram from Westbury jeep.Brand new.The brakes did not feel right to me from the start. So when I took it for service I complained that the brake peddle was spongy.They checked the brakes and said there was nothing wrong.I complained two other times about the brakes and was told there was nothing wrong.Anyway,it was time to renew my contract and I decided to go to Huntington Jeep being closer to my home.There I met Michael Cartelli service manager,who wrote out my new contract.I took my truck in for the brake problem.It was getting worse and again I was told nothing wrong.When I went to pick up the truck,I went into Mike's office and spoke to him.He knew what the problem was right away.He told the the mechanic to order a new master brake cylinder.Mike drove me home himself in my truck.As soon as he put his foot on the brake he said it was the brake master.The next afternoon I went to pick up my truck and to my surprise my brakes were finally fixed.I love my truck again. I can't say enough about how Mike went out of his way to make sure my truck was fixed, kept his word that it would be fixed and made me a very happy customer. If Mike had not gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy Huntington Jeep would have lost a customer. He is an asset to your company and I feel like I have a friend at Huntington Jeep.
