When the time was right he offered helpful information and answered our questions in terms that both a car enthusiast (me) or novice (my partner) would appreciate. David was extremely patient as we agonized over the right exterior and interior colors, the wheels, etc. When he discovered that he did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot, he found it at another dealer and had it delivered in a matter of days. He also was smart enough to lock in our financing before the Volvo rate went up. We could not be happier with our experience and our new S60! More

Terrible experience. Put down $200 deposit. Were told by the dealer it is refundable. Cancelled the purchase next day and were promised by the dealer David Cohen and the Manager Ron that will receive th by the dealer it is refundable. No one returns our calls. They say the refund check should come from the main office. When requested info on main office location and their phone number the dealer refused to give it to us. STAY AWAY if you do not wish to be lied to and taken advantage of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased my first car in 1966 and all purchases since have been like going to the dentist. You have to go but you really don't want to. I responded to a number of internet specials from three dealers on used XC70's and as suggested on each web site submitted offers. From 2 dealers I received a form e-mail inviting me for a test drive. However, I received a phone call from Joe Vitale at Volvoville who thanked me for the bid but could not meet that price. I told him I was still interested and we came to an agreement contingent on test drive and inspection of vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership Joe showed me the car and I test drove. Seeing the car in person, I noticed a number of cosmetic issues primarily scratches on door and rear bumper. Joe gave me all the time I needed to look the car over and waited in his office not standing next to me with high pressure tactics. I told Joe thanks but no thanks. At this point he checked with his general manager and said he would repair the items in question. I agreed and arranged to come back in a week to finalize the deal. The night before I was due back in, Joe called to say that the car was ready and that they also repainted the whole hood because he had noticed some additional "nicks". When I arrived the next day I still wasn't sure if I would buy the vehicle but to my delight and amazement the car looked showroom new. They really stood by what they promised and followed through. Joe Vitale was the epitome of professionalism in his selling me this car. I live 2 hours from this dealership and believe me the ride was worth it! More
