I was overdue for an oil change and arrived on a Saturday, Holiday weekend within about an hour of closing time. They were able to take me and do the job. I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years and have always been treated with the greatest courtesy. I have now bought 2 used vehicles from them and am more than satisfied. Since they only keep the best used cars, I guess that you expect to pay a higher price than for the average car. My only complaint is that their 100+ point inspection can not catch a bad battery because mine went bad in about 3 weeks after purchase. Also, the cruise control did not work but was repaired at no charge after my test ride. My 2002 Towncar is in such great condition that it could easily pass for a 2009 or 10. One other minor problem is that the old factory installed Motorola phone with the Lincoln insignia is analog and does not work but no one knows how to get rid of it without using a lot of time and money. Bottom line, great place and great people! More
