At Huntley Ford, the manager was incredibly helpful in setting up the rearview mirrors for our new Ford Explorer, making it easy for my wife, who is shorter, to drive. He didn't just show me the basic fun setting up the rearview mirrors for our new Ford Explorer, making it easy for my wife, who is shorter, to drive. He didn't just show me the basic functions; he took the time to save our specific mirror configurations in the car's memory and instructed us on how to assign these presets to individual ignition keys. This kind of personalized attention makes buying a car a truly pleasant experience. Thank you very much! More

Like robots, all sales people keep repeating "your best leverage is to come to dealership in person, we do not negotiate over the phone". I asked how exactly does that work for out of state buyers? Answer "your best leverage is to be here in person" I asked to speak with finance manager, they declined my request. I asked for a photo of bed of the truck. I was told they don't have one. I said, well can someone go out to the parking lot and take one? Ohh.. yes they can. Absolute horror show. More

I had a hard time deciding between a new, but basic Ford Escape and a used, but more fully equipped Ford Explorer of similar price. My sales manager provided me with a detailed breakdown of the 5-year cost Escape and a used, but more fully equipped Ford Explorer of similar price. My sales manager provided me with a detailed breakdown of the 5-year cost of ownership for each option, including insurance and depreciation. This detailed analysis helped me make an informed and economically sound decision in favor of the Ford Explorer, saving me from any regrets about potentially overpaying. More
