Well I’m not impressed! Not with the dealership the people answering the phones the management finance and kinda the truck we bought! We came on a dark raining night, totall Not with the dealership the people answering the phones the management finance and kinda the truck we bought! We came on a dark raining night, totally our fault but thought we could have brought the truck in a service bay to check it out as many other dealers have done for us. Not the case here, there was a lot of fast talking and misleading. We were there forever after driving over 1 1/2 hours only to bring the truck home and find out that there was a scratch on the rear wheel well fender ferring, no owners manual in English at least, and the brakes are making noise. We have driven the truck maybe 6 times since getting it. When I told the salesman he said his manager won’t fix it and the truck is a “as is sale”. Apparently the brakes were inspected and passed inspection, and was told just to download the manual on the truck screen to read it or find anything out! None of this is ok especially not after spending $69000 on a truck! I know our fault once again! We will never buy a vehicle there e er again and I will make sure to spread the news about this dealership and their poor customer service/satisfaction to every single person I can!!!!! Horrible customer treatment, even if you go there you will be ignored by all the salesman standing around only to be the asked rudely if you have an appointment because they clearly can’t be bothered. That should have been our first sign to leave. And don’t call either cause you will also be talked to as though you are interrupting their breaks. More

Huntley Ford has a great thing called mobile service! They come to you with a van and work on your vehicle in your driveway!
