It is a very large dealership, with a lot of options for vehicles. Initial review and test drive process was smooth. Once commuting to negotiate for a specific vehicle, they “offered” about 10k in accessori vehicles. Initial review and test drive process was smooth. Once commuting to negotiate for a specific vehicle, they “offered” about 10k in accessories plus 4k transfer/cleaning charge. All of these options were negotiable and we were able to make a deal. From that moment, it took 3.5 hours to compete the purchase… it was a decent experience until this point. Very frustrating More

Drove 6hrs to look at a truck listed for $22,500. Got there and the dealer salesman said $38,000. He took off $7000 of optional add ons, but it was still $8500 more than the list price which they ref Got there and the dealer salesman said $38,000. He took off $7000 of optional add ons, but it was still $8500 more than the list price which they refused to honor. Ended up buying the truck for $25,500, but only because of the 6hr drive which i wasnt doing for nothing. Complete scam, would not reccomend. More
