We agreed on a price for a used car after haggling for a few hours for them to change the deal when I went back to purchase on a different day. Also as others have stated, prices seem decent but they'll add $10k worth of xx you don't want. Save yourself some time (and probably money too) and go to a legitimate dealer. More
Not exactly bait and switch but as close as you can get without being there. Big dealership, tons of vehicles, helpful people. The problem is with hidden pricing and charges. You price a vehicle out at $40,000 only to sit down and find over $9,000 additional in hidden fees and charges. Just be aware that when you shop here, your drive away cost will be significantly higher than advertised. Oh, and don't forget, you are required to finance through them because they get a kickback from their loan company. I haven't ever been in another dealership so deceitful and underhanded. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, where the advertised price is the actual price. Literally, anywhere else. More

Joon, Steve and Jay give "used car salesman" a whole new meaning. Could not get a straight answer out of any of them. Joon told me he would not run my credit, Jay said he did! I told Joon, my bank offered meaning. Could not get a straight answer out of any of them. Joon told me he would not run my credit, Jay said he did! I told Joon, my bank offered better terms, Joon said, you can't use your bank and he would have to call me back - which he did not do (I know, shocking!). Jay said, they get kickbacks for using their lenders, I thought kick backs were illegal! Still don't know what they would have sold their truck to me for or what they would give me for mine. Could not get a straight answer out of anyone, but one thing is clear, they are dirty, underhanded and unethical employees! More
