Beware if you are buying from out-of-state. I noticed that they had underpaid Indiana sales tax but charged me the correct amount. I called them about 2 months after buying the car and they i I noticed that they had underpaid Indiana sales tax but charged me the correct amount. I called them about 2 months after buying the car and they initially explained that the amount always is different "because they are a reciprocal state with IL" - which was irrelevant but many people may just accept. When they realized that I knew they were wrong they told me that they owed me over $500 for both overcharged sales tax and License & Title fees and would overnight me a check. It was clear to me that they were not intending to contact me or send me a check until they realized that I knew the facts. The amount that they charge you for sales tax should be the same amount that your home state receives from them so check that when you register your vehicle. Otherwise the experience was pretty professional and the car itself was great. More
