Luke Milisauskas is the worst salesman I've spoken to. I called from out of town inquiring about a truck they have with poor quality picture. I offered their sticker price plus taxes and fees at which point the salesman Zach gave me an out-the-door price I agreed to, each time calling me back to raise the price higher due to his incompetence. Abe the sales manager should be fired immediately. He’s tiny joke of a man who couldn’t even get on the phone to explain his tactics. Bait and switch was only exacerbated by condescending remarks and an arrogant sales manager who is an absolute joke named Abe. The owner and GM should be absolutely ashamed at how poorly their staff treat people. I was given 3 OTD prices and each time I agreed they moved the price higher. Abe was so gutless as expected he wouldn’t even get on the phone call to explain his actions. More

I found one I like at Huntley Ford so I called to get more information. They told me I had to come in to work the numbers. I am from out of state and told them we will need to work the numbers before I make a trip from out of state. They said that was against their policy. They said they didn't have the staff to negotiate over the phone or online. Doesn't make sense. It will take less time to work out a deal over the phone then in person. Lame tactic. More
I would go to another dealer fast, lies and deception are their strong points. Told they had a car there on the lot and drove 40 min to go see it. When I got there said it was out on a loaner, pure BS. Its a their strong points. Told they had a car there on the lot and drove 40 min to go see it. Then said we will bring it to you in the morning between 9 and noon. No show no call. Bait and switch hucksters. Not to mention the 2nd of the 3 calls there I was dealing with such a rude person she even hung up on me but in all fairness the other 2 were perfect and very nice. More

Worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this dealership. They lie and change numbers. They had several erroneous fees, including $5k for a vehicle inspection. I said no and th Avoid this dealership. I said no and they removed it but then showed on the final sheet a lower price for my trade in and said that is just because they removed other fees and adjusted the price of the trade in. They add unreasonable fees up front so they can remove them later to lower the trade in value. We settled on a price, I was shown their best financing option with 60 mo and a payment higher than I wanted. I showed them a preapproval letter from Chase with a much lower interest rate. They had a whole story how that would not apply to this car. After arguing for a while, I agreed to put $5k down to lower the payment and they included an extended warranty. They had to perform some work to the car so I went home and the car was delivered to me a couple days later. The delivery driver did not bring any paperwork. He called the salesman for me and they assured me it would be emailed over by the next day. A week later and repeated emails to the finance person got me no response. I ended up getting an email from the loan bank welcoming me and the terms of the loan were all wrong. The amount was $5k high, never applied my down payment and the term was 72 months. I finally found the finance manager and copied him on an email which got me a phone call back from the finance person. He justified what he did by saying if I pay half of the payment amount every 2 weeks the loan should be paid off in 60 months. This dealership should be avoided. More
(Long review alert) I ended up with a car I like but the experience was honestly terrible for the following reasons: 1. An obvious defect was found on the vehicle while I was looking at it. I asked multiple times about it, receiving reassurance each time. When I finished with financing, the issue was not resolved. They said it might be an expensive fix and to call them if I needed help getting it taken care of. (They know i live 4 hrs from the dealership). They had a ford "expert" come out and tell me this after I signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, which was my fault. Should have waited to sign until it was fixed 2. I was told they would reset the automatic settings from the previous owner on the seat pre-sets and trunk door. Didn't happen. 3. When I said I didn't want the warranty the salesman got noticeably angry that I wanted money off the purchase price instead. Unprofessional. 4. The finance manager gave me the worst loan option first and wouldn't have told me about the better options had I not asked. It was significantly worse regarding monthly payment, down payment, length of loan, and percentage rate. 5. A tire went flat a few miles down the road and I had to fill it up with air. This should be a standard check when something is leaving the lot. It held air fine after that. 6. They left the tank half full. 7. Overall I could tell they were rushing me, even when the whole 3.5 hr appointment mostly consisted of us waiting on him to grab us from the lobby. He would rush past difficult questions and avoid giving full answers. Overall, terrible experience. Sorry for the long review, hopefully it deters someone away from this cesspool of unauthentic stereotypical used car salesmen. I like the car though... even if it's broken a little. More

Purchasers shall be able to purchase all vehicles described by the advertisement at the advertised price. They advertise a truck for one price, come out with a sheet of paper that shows some BS market value and then the next line how much they are discounting off that market value to reach their, above market value price, and by the time they are done adding all the things that SHOULD be disclosed according to the advertising law, they are $16,000 above their advertised price, Then the sales guy gets angry when you refuse to buy into the insurance scam, and even worse request a credit card to make an offer, THEN hold your keys and credit card hostage when you are not making a deal. Top it off you cannot use your own financing!!! More
