The last two times I used Tom Pecks Quicklane for oil changes they were anything but quick. Almost 2 hours then next time almost 3 hours! Great and efficient experience I was shopping for a used F150 and noticed one on your website that I was interested in. I live an hour away so I also looked at the rest of your inv I was shopping for a used F150 and noticed one on your website that I was interested in. I live an hour away so I also looked at the rest of your inventory to make sure my trip would be worthwhile. I called and talked with Ron Searls who checked to make sure the truck was still there. It was an I told him I would be there to test drive it. When I arrived it was parked out front. We went inside and met Ron who took us to the truck and walked us through the truck and its features and went on a test drive with us. We came back walked the lot and looked at the other used trucks as well as taking a new truck for a quick test drive. We landed on buying the used truck and talked with Roger in finance and made plans to pick it up a couple of days later. It was an easy process and felt like I was being dealt with professionally the entire time. This was my first experience with this dealership but would not hesitate to recommend them to others. More
