It took 4 hours just for an oil change. The Quick Lube lane should just be for oil changes not other repairs. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about the length of time the service took. I brought my vehicle immaculate and told them not to wash it. They washed it anyway, so then it had water spots after I had hand washed & dried it at home. There was also water on the floor boards. The service techs were sarcastic. I will be looking for a different Ford dealership to go to. More
