About a week ago, I inquired online about a pre-owned Mustang found via Cars.com. I did not hear back from them and so inquired directly from their website. Still no call. I then called the dealership Mustang found via Cars.com. I did not hear back from them and so inquired directly from their website. Still no call. I then called the dealership and asked to speak with someone in sales. I was asked about which car and they informed me it was in stock. I asked to speak with someone as I am out of state, but highly interested in that vehicle. She stated they only complete sales in person. I explained I was willing to come in person, but wanted ask specific questions and possibly obtain a close up video walk around of the vehicle before spending money to come to Chicago area. She refused to transfer me to sales and said when I was in town, I could schedule an appointment if the car was still there. Again explained I would travel, but not until had more information on the car. I have tried 3-4 times to reach out via their online presence still with no response. Maybe they are better in person, but not sure why they have an online presence if they are unwilling to respond to inquiries. More
