Salesman swore he told me of add-on verbally, but I record my calls and he didn't, and the paperwork he emailed me ahead of the sale did not include the extra $1,000. I read statements on the site and in store about full transparency and how Huntsville Toyota differed from typical pushy dealerships -what an absolute disappointment. More
