Second half of review: My wife chimed in telling him to give up. I have never and will never buy an extended warranty on anything. Now comes the bait and switch! He says I will get you the basic extended warranty for free. See your payments don’t change. (I found out later how he did it) he got me a lower interest rate to cover the $3,750.00 extended warranty! That is how bad he had my interest rate to start with! (He could have got me that rate to start with) Like I said I did not care about the interest rate as I already planned on re financing it anyway. So it was not free, he still charged me the full price for the extended warranty! Part 2. He brings out the CarRx that I am still mad that I have to buy for $995.00 and I do not want it and will not use it but have agreed that I will, so I sign it. They can take it out in 30 seconds and it is NOT required! Later I found out what I signed was an additional activation fee of $1,000.00 on top of the $995.00 I was told I had no choice but to pay. $1950.00 additional crap I did not want and told them several times (told the General manager Jason Pennell) No add ons or I am not driving 6 hours for the car! They send me home with a USB drive of all the paperwork. I look at the paperwork and find the interest rates that I did not care about were almost twice what I could get at the credit union! That is after he lowered it to cover the bait and switch (free) extended warranty! Then I found out that the CarRx was not what I was told but, additional $1,000.00 and paper work fees of $225.00 and $30.00! First thing Monday morning I started texting. After much arguing they agreed to refund the extended warranty. Said it would be 60 to 90 days. It could have been done that day! Manager Lamar Wright said he would get me the refund. He did not fill the paperwork, Two weeks later after many more text messages and being ghosted. They finally sent me the paperwork to fill out for the refund that they said they already did. They refused to credit any of the CarRx crap. Sixty days went by with no refund and again I had to send several text messages before they would send proof of the credit. They sent a picture of a check dated that day from them sending it to the finance company! (like I said could have been done day 1 they were just hoping I would drop it. To this day they still refuse to credit the CarRx that they can but won't credit! I have sent Certified letters about it to the dealer and the home office. Not one person has contacted me about it in any way! I guess the only way to get my stolen money on the CarRx is going to be legal channels and I hate that. Please I beg you do not do business with Purty Group USA, Huntsville Toyota, Jason Pennell, Todd Bagley or Lamar Wright. Save yourself money and a big headache and do business with an honest up front dealer!

I am responding so the public can clearly understand the deceptive practices I experienced at your dealership. The fact that you are still lying about apologizing is outrageous to me. To this day, I have not received any formal apology. Your district manager never called me, despite what you are now claiming publicly. You all ignored my calls. If it wasn’t for the DMV stepping in, you would have never given me my money back. My money was returned because I had to involve outside parties not because you or your team chose to do the right thing. You also blocked me from Facebook so the public wouldn’t see my review. Well, guess what? It is still visible. Blocking a customer instead of addressing the issue speaks volumes And that does not remove a negative review . So please stop lying about apologizing because nobody ever called me. Based on my experience, everyone involved including management acted dishonestly. This has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will continue sharing my experience on every platform possible so others are aware of how I was treated and can make informed decisions before doing business with you. I would like to add yall sold me car with many issues that I had to fix on my end .
