Good Deal After visiting the local Cadillac and Lexus dealerships I decided to stop off at Hurd Auto Mall on my way home from work the next day. I just wanted to see how the La Crosse handled compared to the other two vehicles and see if I could get a better value for my money. The sales person who worked with me, Robert Hein, was professional and knowledgeable and spent more than enough time to answer my questions and tailor the vehicle to my wants and needs. Most dealers will lead you to the car that THEY want you to buy, not Robert, he asked a lot of questions and let me walk around the entire lot trying any vehicle I wanted. As a Financial Consultant I'm sure that I wasn't the easiest customer that he ever dealt with, but he handled my questions with patience and professionalism.
