Their customer service should be duly noted to the owner of the dealership (which I believe it already) was as well as any publications about auto dealerships. They went above and beyond their jobs to see that we received what we wanted -- equipped with all the bells and whistles that we didn't think we could ever get. Each time we spoke with Dennis on the phone or met both Dennis and Dave in person they were exceptional -- I have had the opportunity to deal with auto dealerships at my place of work and the relationship is NOTHING like what we experienced with the great staff at Hurd. The finance person (sorry I don't remember her name) went above her way as well to do all she could -- We could never have a negative thing to say about these GREAT employees. Up front and open.. This was my first time at Hurd. My last 2 vehicles were bought new and a GMC. I knew what I wanted in a new Acadia but with colors to choose from. Jennifer was up front of what was available and worked on different options for me to choose. With Jennifer and Chip showing me the exact cost on the lease with option to buy with nothing hidden, the papers were signed the next day. I appreciated the honesty and how they work for the customer, which it should be.
