Having been in a recent accident I was in urgent need of transportation to get to work and had 7 days to accomplish that due to insurance coverage on a rental. I had arranged finacing through the CU that I had used on my previous loan, and after visiting with Dave and David on a Saturday, I recived a call from the Finance Mgr. and she asked the rate I was quoted, and when I told her she said let me try to do better. She did! I was very impressed with the care, professionalism and concern that everyone I dealt with at Hurd exhibited. Having just been through a difficult experience with the accident and hospital stay that followed, I really appreciate the personal attention the Hurd employees delivered. More
