Left my new Avalanche for service last week. Was ready when they said it would be, all work seemed to be AOK. Have delt with Hurd for many years, and have always been satisfied. Mr Chadwick worked with me to explain what work need to be completed for the required warranty service schedule. Although they have a very nicely appointed waiting area, there was no need to use it as the work was completed on time and they made the whole experience painless. Also in the past on other work, I have found there prices to be very competive. More

Earl Bergio was courteous, the service department had my work completed at the agreed time along with the agreed price, there were no extra charges to my bill. The service department employee that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain what services they would perform. Also upon pick-up of my vehicle they explained all of the very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain what services they would perform. Also upon pick-up of my vehicle they explained all of the services they had performed. What i really liked was that my vehicle was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be. I will defintely recomend and use this dealer in the future. More

In this economy someone wants to buy a new car and they don't follow up. I called about three months ago and left my email and cell phont for a new 2008 model and then again recently to see if they still h don't follow up. I called about three months ago and left my email and cell phont for a new 2008 model and then again recently to see if they still had the car and if not, if they had any preowns. Both times, no one called me or followed up. Unbelievable. The second time I had complained too. They took all of my information again, someone else. Who said American car dealerships are suffering? More
