Terrible customer service Very disappointing experience. My sales representative didn’t know anything about the car, had to return 4 times before the car was ready. The dealership sent me off with a quarter tank of gas. When I inquired as to why the answer I received was the dealership supervisor “does not like to fill the gas tanks.” To top all this off I found a nice surprise this am when I opened the hidden compartment in the console.... empty chewing tobacco containers, candy bar wrappers, and used paper towels. Disgusting. More

From the first welcoming handshake to the finalizing one before I drove off the lot she was very professional, courteous and patient as I was not sure just what size vehicle I was looking for. She took the time to thoroughly explain things and though she told us she was new there she seemed very confident that she would find me the perfect vehicle. After spending some time together she did just that. Very pleased with the experience and especially liked that she dealt with my preferences as it was to be my vehicle. Some previous Dealerships only would speak directly to my Husband, even though he had made it clear that it was my purchase. More
