Eric finally noticed me, and asked if I needed anything. Once I requested a salesperson, Ed did come out and I ended up purchasing a new Buick Enclave. I couldn’t help but wonder if they’d have even known if I’d left and gone elsewhere to buy a $47K automobile. Once I was assigned a salesperson, everything was good. I guess younger buyers do more online purchases, but at my age I still like the “old school” method....face to face. More
