My car was exactly what I had expected and more. From the moment I drove up to the dealership to take ownership of my vehicle, I was greeted warmly by name, offered refreshment, and made to feel like a VIP. Mark, whom I have trusted with all my Cadillac purchases, made certain all personal data was wiped from my trade-in and instructed me on operation of the vehicle. He paired my phone to the new car and personalized my driving experience. Both Nicole and Mark offered numerous times to deliver the car to my home, but I chose to drive it home myself.
