Guys, if this was a one-off, I wouldn't say much. Here's what I've had to endure as your customer: Jan 2025 In: Water Pump, Timing, etc. Returned: No A/C June 2025 In: A/C blowing hot Returned: new rips in my driver seat (again...this also happened in 2024 and you guys had it 'fixed' which worked for about 15 minutes July 2025: In: A/C blowing hot Returned: Alternator is out. Tech just ignored the message on the dash? In: Replace Alternator Returned: Rear sensor knocked out. Tech again ignored the message o on the dash? Service Manager claims I brought it in that way and that I was trying to get something for free!! Never in my life have I been spoken to that way. In: Rear sensor replacment. Aug 2025: In: A/C blowing hot (are you picking up on a trend?) Returned: No coolant in the car and it overheats on me going home. In: Car running hot after A/C repair. Sept 2025: who knows what fun adventures await? You know who I am and you have my contact information. You know that my vehicle has been in your shop for 58 of the last 90 days mainly due to incompetence and lack of quality controls.
