The service department wasn’t honest with us after waiting 4 hrs for the repair to be completed!! Thankfully before we left my husband checked the piece that was supposed to be worked on and Arturo s waiting 4 hrs for the repair to be completed!! Took my vehicle in for a clutch and fly wheel replacement on my jeep. It was 3500.00 with labor to complete. Picked up my jeep and it was still making noise. Took it back to the dealer , They blamed they on my jeep. It was 3500.00 with labor to complete. Picked up my jeep and it was still making noise. Took it back to the dealer , They blamed they after market clutch (had no choice to buy, they couldn’t get a factory clutch) and there was no adjustment possible and it was safe to drive even though it’s making a rotating noise with a slight grind. Picked up my jeep today and I get a few blocks down the road and smoke starts pouring out from under the hood. I don’t know if they spilled something or purposely did something to my jeep, it was not smoking when I brought it to them. I’m taking my jeep to another mechanic to see if they tampered with my jeep and if they made a mistake putting in my clutch and if the noise can be adjusted to not make the noise it never had before. I don’t feel comfortable doing business or having work done at this dealership anymore. More

Spent 6000$ and didn’t solve the issue, got the truck back to our shop and found out we had back rockers and other issues. Cost us another 7k.
