I bought both of my last two vehicles there. When my transmission went out while I was out of town, I took it to a Chrysler dealership who replaced it with the remanufactured Chrysler transmissi When my transmission went out while I was out of town, I took it to a Chrysler dealership who replaced it with the remanufactured Chrysler transmission warrantied for 3 years 75,000 miles. Within weeks, it leaked out transmission fluid and I had it towed to you. I was told they didn't know if the tow would be covered or not depending on what was wrong. It was covered under the warranty and repaired because of the leak but I was not reimbursed for the Towing. Instead, I was shuffled around and told to call the Labelle Chrysler because they installed it. They said nothing went wrong with their installation that it must've had the leak when it was sent to them. I've spent six hours at this point trying to be reimbursed through the Chrysler system. I could've had it rebuilt much cheaper, but I went to Chrysler so I would be covered. Arturo did let me talk to his manager, but he told me I would have to call and get reimbursed through Chrysler. My calls were constantly being forwarded to a different department. When we broke down in a toll booth in a new Ford we had to pay 400 cash upfront to get towed to the closest Ford Dealer in Orlando. Luckily they were 24 hours and fixed our vehicle that night. We picked it up in the morning and they reimbursed my $400 Towing right at pickup. This $98.80 tow bill may have just cost you any future business. More
