I understand that you did not get the answers that you wanted however the dealership is held accountable by the manufacturer for following processes in order to get authorization for certain repairs. in your case, you have multiple rock chips all over your vehicle. We even shared your pictures of your vehicle full of pink sticky notes on every rock chip your vehicle had and there were many. This is not a manufactuerers defect and therfore they, the manufacturer, will not pay us to repair/ paint your vehicle for you. We did get your door panels replaced and cleaned the vehicle to ensure your panels, console and headrest were all in working order and free of "stains / fading ". This review, in my opinion, is not a reflection of the effort we put in to assisting you through this repair process. nevertheless, we hope you find a place that can provide you the service that you are expecting. We will still be available for you if ever you need. Thanks again for your feedback. have a great day.

What’s interesting about this response is it came 5 minutes after my review went live here yet I’ve been waiting for a call from your service department since I picked up my vehicle on July 27th for an answer on paint repairs. So you are stating that Chrysler corporation has made the decision to not approve the paint claim? I spoke with Rose today at Stellantis and that is not the same answer she had. If you have information concerning the repairs to the vehicle claim why is no one relaying that message to us? Rock chips is what you’re calling them…the rest of us call it a factory paint defect causing bubbling, rust and ultimately anything that touches it to chip the paint. Instead of starting a claim when this was originally pointed out to your dealership, you took a clay bar to the bumper and proceeded to damage the vehicle further. You’ve had the Jeep numerous times but all attempts to remedy the problems and the further damage made have been ignored. I will gladly submit my call log and in person log to prove how we have had to pursue you all because you refuse to communicate with us…until we left a review today. Door panels 3/4 replaced (supposed back order), console and headrests not replaced, (as claimed), paint claim (still pending according to Jeep customer service, declined by your statement ), windshield wipers (still don’t work), no oil in vehicle (June 26th) , broke down while 800 miles away in LA “due to cold weather” (Jan 11th). Dates of in person contact made by us-July 2nd, 7th, 8th, 18th, 19th, 27th Phone contact made by us- July 9th, 10th, 26th, Aug 7th (receptionist asked me to call back because you were “understaffed”), 8th, 10th (Jeep) 14th (Jeep), 20th(Jeep) I do not agree that you made all attempts to satisfy me, the customer, who bought the car brand new from you, an authorized Jeep dealer, 7 months ago. It is my opinion we were reasonable, patient and exhausted ourselves to come up with a fair solution. It is also my opinion that you all did not do the same.
