We needed to replace battery in our motorhome. They had the correct battery in stock and could get us scheduled with no delay. The waiting room is always nice and has drinks and snacks. Technician required extra time in an attempt to resolve my Town & Country check engine light. Resolution was a $6000.00 fix. I was charged $375.00 to find this out. Said no thanks and followed a friends a my Town & Country check engine light. Resolution was a $6000.00 fix. I was charged $375.00 to find this out. Said no thanks and followed a friends advise and saw a exhaust specialist in Sebring who correctly diagnosed the problem and the repair with the part, including the diagnosis was $178.00 total. Huston Chrysler reimbursed me the $178.00 which I felt was fair because of the mis diagnosis. More

Two owners--father and son--two Pacificas--2019 and 2023--and the dealer can not separate the two. Replacement part for the 2023 was given to another owner when the service department could not contac 2023--and the dealer can not separate the two.
