Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your service visit with Arturo, your service advisor, and Marc, my service manager, it appears that the second issue was not related to the first. A check engine light can illuminate for several hundred different reasons. We do appreciate our clients and strive to operate our business with all respect and integrity in tact. We would have been more than happy to correct any mistake that we may have made - including covering the tow bill. We simply were not responsible for towing your vehicle in this case and Arturo decided to waive the cost of your second visit which would have been close to double the cost of your $85.00 tow bill simply to show our appreciation for your business. We gained nothing financially from the tow and also from the second visit. I am sorry that you feel we are crooks, however our actions clearly demonstrate the opposite. I would be happy to review this with you in case something is a miss. Thanks again for your business and for your feedback. We take our reviews serious and utilize the information to grow our team. I'm sorry to hear. I checked on this for you just now. The parts are on back order and apparently have restrictions on ordering. I will keep your information and update you on current status every 5 days or sooner if we are able to get the part sooner. I apologize again.
