We contacted Huston CDJ regarding a used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was off lease and spoke with salesperson Maddie Familette. Since we were coming from over 2 hours away there were a lot of questions Cherokee which was off lease and spoke with salesperson Maddie Familette. Since we were coming from over 2 hours away there were a lot of questions we had for Maddie prior to making the trip, which she answered thoroughly. When we arrrived to test the car the next day, it was waiting to be seen with a spotless interior and exterior. We test drove the car and everything passed our requirements. We closed the deal with Joe Cilione, the Huston Business Mgr and came to a fair price for both of us. After the paperwork, Maddie went thru all the features on the Grand Cherokee with us (and there are a lot of neat features). We also appreciated there was no high pressure selling from anyone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or quality used car. More
